Boarding Process
Information required for travel
You can check the entry/exit conditions of each country based on your reservation information on the Reservation Completion page and the Flight Details page. Please note that entry and exit conditions may change from time to time, so please be sure to check the MOFA'S Travel Advice and Warning website or contact the embassy, consulate, or quarantine authority of your country for the most up-to-date information.
In addition, all costs, including air ticket arrangements, incurred in the event of entry restrictions at the destination will be borne by the customer. Depending on the flight schedule, you may be unable to arrange a return flight and be forced to stay in the country for several days or longer, so please be sure to prepare sufficient funds for your stay when traveling.- Between 3 hours to 1 hour before departure time (Depending on the number of passengers, check-in procedures may start earlier than planned.)
Please be sure to check in at Check-in Counter at least one hour before departure. You will unable to board after the deadline.

- Passport and other travel documents
- Requirements relating to your passport’s period of validity, as well as visa requirements, will differ depending on your destination. Passengers are responsible for organizing any necessary travel documents prior to departure. You may not be allowed to board the aircraft if you do not meet the entry requirements of your destination. ZIPAIR has no responsibility of any required travel documents.
- One hour before the departure time
Passengers with checked-in baggages are asked to deposit them at the Check-in Counter or automatic check-in machine at least one hour before the departure time. You will not be able to check-in any baggages if you past this cut-off time.
Extra fees are required for check-in baggages. Security inspections are often crowded, so please ensure you arrive with plenty of time.
If you have completed mobile check-in and have not checked in your baggage, please bring the following items and go directly to the security checkpoint.Required Items

You will need to present the immigration officer with your ticket, passport, and any other travel documents that you showed at security.
- By 30 minutes before departure
Please ensure you arrive at the boarding gate at least 30 minutes before the departure time. You may not be able to board if you arrive after this time.
