How to make a reservation

ZIPAIR tickets can be purchased online (via our desktop/mobile site) or from our contact center.

ZIPAIR charges a separate ticket issuance fee at the time of ticket purchase. It also charges an administrative fee (per person, per segment) for tickets purchased at the contact center and for purchases of additional services. Buying tickets over the internet is the cheapest method.
Tickets can also be purchased up to 90 minutes prior to departure.

Age classifications for reservations

The following age classifications apply when making reservations with ZIPAIR.

Adult (15 years or above)

  • Can travel alone.

Child A (12 - 14 years)

  • Cannot travel alone.
  • Must be accompanied by another individual who is 15 years or above.
  • Child passengers cannot be seated in the emergency exit rows.

Child B (7 - 11 years)

  • Cannot travel alone.
  • Must be accompanied by another individual who is 15 years or above.
  • Child passengers cannot be seated in the emergency exit rows.

Child C (2 - 6 years)

  • Cannot travel alone.
  • Must be accompanied by another individual who is 15 years or above.
  • Maximum of two children under the age of six (young child and infant) may accompany one adult. (However, only one infant may accompany one adult.)
  • Can make use of U6 fares.
  • Child passengers cannot be seated in the emergency exit rows.

Infant (0 - 1 year)

  • Cannot travel alone.
  • Must be accompanied by another individual who is 15 years or above.
  • Maximum of two children under the age of six (young child and infant) may accompany one adult. (However, only one infant may accompany one adult.)
  • Can make use of U6 fares.
  • Child passengers cannot be seated in the emergency exit rows.
  • New born infants aged less than eight days cannot board our aircraft.
  • Reservations for children under 9kg can be made at Contact Center.

Overview of Fares

We have two types of applicable fees for the seats. One is upper-rank seats for "ZIP FULL-FLAT" and another is regular seats for "Standard". We have an additional type "U6 Standard" for passengers under the age of 6 years. We allow seats for infants aged 0 to 2 years.

ZIP Full-Flat

You can use the one rank-up ZIP Full-Flat seats. Please see Details about seating.

Fare prices will vary depending on the number of seats, etc. remaining per flight.
Refunds attributable to the customer will be provided according to the fare regulations.
There are situations where the applicable fare, payments for related services, and other fees cannot be refunded. Customers may also be required to pay handling fees.

  • * Can only be used by passengers aged 7 years or older. * ZIP Full-Flat cannot be used with U6 fares.

Standard

You can use the Standard seat. Please check the Details about seating.

Refunds attributable to the customer will be provided according to the fare regulations.
There are situations where the applicable fare, payments for related services, and other fees cannot be refunded. Customers may also be required to pay handling fees.

U6 Standard
