Regarding updating/canceling a reservation
Reservation updates
Please refer to the fare regulations.
The name of the passenger on the ticket cannot be changed after a reservation has been made. Tickets cannot be transferred to other individuals.
For changing the name of the passenger, you will need to cancel the ticket and repurchase it again.You cannot update your passport's name (ticket name), so please be sure to enter it correctly while making a reservation. The following passport information can be updated at the airport on the day of departure.

- Issuing Country/Region
- Date of Expiry
Cancellations/Refunds

If a passenger decides not to travel after making a reservation, he/she may request a refund for a portion of the facility usage fee and/or taxes paid. ZIPAIR will provide refunds if it collects per-passenger taxes or airport usage fees, which no longer need to be paid due to the cancellation. These will only be refunded if a request is received by the customer within 90 days of the date of boarding, as specified on the ticket.
Refund Schedule
- Visa/Mastercard/JCB cards:
- You will be reimbursed via the payment method you used. After completing the procedures, it may take around one to two months for the payment to arrive (please check with your card distributing company for details).
- CVS Payment, Bank Transfer:
- The refund will be made by bank transfer. Please fill the Bank Transfer Request Form along with your bank account information to proceed the refund. Please be inform that it may take about 1 month for the payment to be transferred to your bank account.
- QR code payment:
Alipay: Please contact Alipay for more details regarding the refund method and refund schedule.
WeChat Pay: If you pay with a WeChatPay wallet, you will usually get refund in your wallet within 20 minutes.If you pay by credit card, we will proceed refund to your bank account.Refunds are made on the next business day after the process, but some banks can take up to five business days. Please contact WeChat Pay for more information.
Union Pay: It will take about a week to complete the refund procedure.Please contact Union Pay for details about refund.
One of the following methods will apply:
1. Full Refund
If there are no special legal provisions in the country of payment or where the refund will be provided, applicable fares, payments for related services, and any other fees will be refunded. Refunds will be provided according to the conditions of carriage and our company's regulations. Typically, refunds will be made in the same currency used to make the payment, but company regulations also allow other currencies to be used.
- (1) If the journey has been completely canceled and will not be performed, all paid fares, payments for related services, and any other fees will be refunded.
- (2) If a portion of the journey has been canceled and will not be performed, all paid fares, payments for related services, and any other fees for the applicable portion will be refunded.
- (3) If the journey will be recommenced from a flight following a changed flight, paid fares, payments for related services and any other fees for the changed portion will be refunded. However, ZIPAIR is not responsible for costs associated with delays, missed flights, etc., resulting from this.
- (4) Refunds will only be provided if a request is made within 90 days of the date of boarding listed on the ticket or the recorded date of boarding for the changed flight.

2. Flight or Schedule changes
We may make changes to flights or schedules up to two weeks prior to/after the planned departure date.
