Regarding updating/canceling a reservation
Reservation updates
Please refer to the fare regulations.
The name of the passenger on the ticket cannot be changed after a reservation has been made. Tickets cannot be transferred to other individuals.
For changing the name of the passenger, you will need to cancel the ticket and repurchase it again.You cannot update your passport's name (ticket name), so please be sure to enter it correctly while making a reservation. The following passport information can be updated at the airport on the day of departure.

Cancellations/Refunds

If a passenger decides not to travel after the reservation was made, he/she may request a refund for the airport usage fees and taxes that was paid. Zipair will provide refunds for the airport usage fees and taxes which no longer needs to be paid due to cancellation. Refunds will only be issued if the passenger requested within 90 days from the scheduled boarding date mentioned on the ticket.
Refund Schedule
- Visa/Mastercard/JCB/American Express/Diners Club/Discover cards:
- You will be reimbursed via the payment method you used. After completing the procedures, it may take around one to two months for the payment to arrive (please check with your card distributing company for details).
- QR code payment:
Alipay: Please contact Alipay for more details regarding the refund method and refund schedule.
WeChat Pay: Usually it will take 1 day, but it may take several days depending upon the situation. Please contact WeChat Pay for more information.
Union Pay: It will take about a week to complete the refund procedure.Please contact Union Pay for details about refund.
One of the following methods will apply:
1. Full Refund
If there are no special legal provisions in the country of payment or where the refund will be provided, applicable fares, payments for related services, and any other fees will be refunded. Refunds will be provided according to the conditions of carriage and our company's regulations. Typically, refunds will be made in the same currency used to make the payment, but company regulations also allow other currencies to be used.
- (1) If the journey has been completely canceled and will not be performed, all paid fares, payments for related services, and any other fees will be refunded.
- (2) If a portion of the journey has been canceled and will not be performed, all paid fares, payments for related services, and any other fees for the applicable portion will be refunded.
- (3) If the journey will be recommenced from a flight following a changed flight, paid fares, payments for related services and any other fees for the changed portion will be refunded. However, ZIPAIR is not responsible for costs associated with delays, missed flights, etc., resulting from this.
- (4) Refunds will only be provided if a request is made within 90 days of the date of boarding listed on the ticket or the recorded date of boarding for the changed flight.

2. Flight or Schedule changes
We may make changes to flights or schedules up to two weeks prior to/after the planned departure date.

For customers who have purchased the Flex Biz package, if you cancel your booking, the amount you have paid (excluding cancellation fees) will be refunded in the form of a voucher for your next booking. Cancellation is possible even if it's due to customer reasons. For more information, please refer to About Ticket Change Option.
Refund Flow

Refund amount
- Upto 30 days prior to departure
- Full amount of air fare, taxes, and additional service charges (A separate fee of 3% will be charge to the voucher issuance amount.)
- Upto 7 days prior to departure
- 80% of air fare, taxes, and additional service charges (A separate fee of 3% will be charge to the voucher issuance amount.)
- From 6 days before departure to Departure date
- Taxes only (Change option not applicable)
