- ZIPAIR charges an administrative fee (per person, per segment) for tickets purchased at the contact center and for purchases of additional services.
- If you purchased a flight from the United States or bound to the US, you can request a full refund within 24 hours of the original reservation. This condition only applies if the reservation has been made more than one week in advance from the departure date. Please conduct all refund procedures through the contact center.
