However, we cannot reimburse Contact Center business fees and optional service fees (additional services). If the cancellation fee exceeds the fare amount, the fare amount will not be refunded. However, on an individual basis, if the customer ends up not traveling and the company (ZIPAIR) does not pay the airport fees and/or other government taxes, the applicable amount will be refunded to the customer.

  • ZIPAIR charges an administrative fee (per person, per segment) for tickets purchased at the contact center and for purchases of additional services.
  • If you purchased a flight from the United States or bound to the US, you can request a full refund within 24 hours of the original reservation. This condition only applies if the reservation has been made more than one week in advance from the departure date. Please conduct all refund procedures through the contact center.
