About Ticket Change Option

If there's a possibility of changes to your travel plans before departure, you can purchase the ticket change option at the time of booking. This option is a service provided to purchasers of the Flex Biz package, allowing them to receive a refund in the form of a voucher if they cancel their reservation, which can be used for their next booking.

  • *This option cannot be purchased separately. It is available only as part of the Flex Biz package.
  • *The Flex Biz package is not available for purchase of Seoul Flights

Change option Application flow

Please purchase the Flex Biz package at the time of booking your reservation. No additional purchases can be made after the reservataion has been purchased.

If you cancel a reservation for which you have already purchased a Flex Biz package, we will refund the fare in the form of a voucher that can be redeemed at ZIPAIR. The voucher can be used for future reservations

  • 3. Receive voucher information via email
  • 4. When making your next reservation, please contact the contact center through email or chat.

Refund Amount

The refund amount will vary depending on the time of cancellation. Please fhe below refund amounts and conditions.

Upto 30 days prior to departure
Full amount of air fare, taxes, and additional service charges (A separate fee of 3% will be charge to the voucher issuance amount.)
Upto 7 days prior to departure
80% of air fare, taxes, and additional service charges (A separate fee of 3% will be charge to the voucher issuance amount.)
From 6 days before departure to Departure date
Taxes only (Change option not applicable)

Example: If you purchase a ticket for 50,000 yen (departure date: July 1, 2024)

Cancellation before June 1, 2024
voucher refund worth 48,500 yen
Cancellation between June 2 and 24, 2024
voucher refund worth 38,800 yen
Cancellation from June 25 to July 1, 2024
Refund taxes only through the initial payment method
  • *When applying the option, 3% of the voucher amount will be charged as a voucher issue fee.
  • *Refunds applys to all purchased in-flight meals, optional services such as packages, airfare, taxes, and administrative fees.
  • *For flights to the U.S. and Canada, if you cancel within 24 hours of booking and more than 7 days before departure, the full amount will be refunded via the payment method used at the time of payment and hence. no refunds will be issued in the form of vouchers.

About Vouchers

Availability

You can use the voucher for all payments, including additional purchases after booking, such as fares and optional fees for ZIPAIR reservations. If you have any remaining balance on the voucher, you can use it for your next trip or later. The difference in the voucher amount can be paid in combination with all payment methods. No partial redemption of the voucher amount is allowed.

How to issue a voucher

To cancel a reservation, please contact our Contact Center. The Contact Center will send you a 6-digit voucher number and a 6-digit PIN by e-mail.It may take up to one week to issue a ticket cancellation/refund voucher after receiving your cancellation/refund request.

How to use

If you wish to use your voucher to make a future reservation or purchase additional options, please contact our Contact Center. Please provide your name, 6-digit voucher number, and 6-digit PIN to the person in charge. Reservations cannot be made through the website.

*No fee will be charged.

Expiration Date

Voucher cannot be used after 180 days from the date of issuance.

Currency

Voucher will be refunded in the currency paid at the time of booking. Subsequent voucher redemption can only be made in the same currency.

How to check your balance

If you would like to check the remaining balance of your voucher, please contact the Contact Center (email or chat). Please provide the staff with your name, 6-digit voucher number, and 6-digit PIN.

Notes

  • ・Rebooking using a voucher is only available to the passenger who was originally eligible for the Flex Biz service package.
  • ・Vouchers cannot be transferred to a third party.
  • ・If you have lost your voucher number, please contact our Contact Center.
