Baggage
The following regulations apply to baggage that would be carried into the aircraft cabin or checked in.
Additional fees for baggage can be paid online (via our desktop or mobile site) or via our contact center
* However, paying these fees via the contact center or at the airport counter will require a separate processing fee. For the lowest prices, we recommend making the reservation online.
Carry-on Baggage
・Carry-on baggage (to be brought into the aircraft cabin) is limited to two items. Each item must be within the specified size limit (first item: 40×25×55 cm, second item: 35×25×45 cm). Two items are free of charge if the combined weight is under 7kg.
・For an additional fee, you may bring up to 15kg of carry-on baggage into the aircraft cabin, but must be purchased 24 hours before the scheduled time of departure.Payments are not accepted for carry-on baggage surcharges on the day of departure.
・If the weight exceeds the limit, please place some items in your checked baggage.

Check-in Baggage
・Fees applicable to each piece of checked baggage.
・When you check in your baggage, a fee will be charged starting from the first piece.
・The maximum weight of check-in baggage is 30kg per piece. Any excess amount will be counted as separate checked baggage.
・The maximum size of one piece of check-in baggage should be the sum of the three dimensions is 203 cm or less.If it exceeds the maximum size, it will not be accepted as check-in baggage.
・You can check in up to 5 bags per person, but if you check in more than one bag, you will be required to pay the checked baggage fee for each.
・If you decide to pay the fees at the airport counter, you will be required to pay an administrative handling fee in addition to the checked baggage fee. Payment by cash is not accepted.

Ex. 1
If you are checking in one piece of baggage weighing 30 kg or less, you must purchase one checked baggage allowance.
Ex. 2
If you are checking in one piece of baggage weighing 31 kg or more, please split it into two pieces so that each piece weighs 30 kg or less and pay for two checked baggages.
Ex. 3
If you have multiple pieces of baggage weighing 30 kg or less, please combine them into one piece weighing 30 kg or less, or pay for checked baggages as per the number of pieces.

Sporting Equipment
If you are going to check-in sports goods, you can check-in by paying the following special baggage fee. Please check the The details of check-in for sports goods (maximum size, weight, amount).
- * Fees may be converted using ZIPAIR's applicable foreign exchange rate depending on the payment currency selected by the customer.
- * Once the purchase is complete, we cannot refund the passengers under certain circumstances.
- * Sports equipment are able to be normal checked baggages except bicycle / golf / ski / snowboard / surfboard.
- * Golf clubs are handled as sports equipment regardless of the number of golf clubs.

Damage of check-in baggage
Please report any damage discovered upon arrival to the staff.
In the presence of our staff, we will decide whether compensation is possible.
We are not responsible for unavoidable damage during transportation.
We do not compensate for damage baggage that does not affect the contents.
The contents of your baggage will not be covered by compensation.
- *Packing materials are not provided at the airport. We are not responsible for damage or loss of parts caused by inadequate packaging.
- * When checking in fragile items such as musical instruments, sport goods (golf clubs, surfing equipment, scuba equipment, bicycles, ski equipment, etc.), ceramics, glassware, alcohol bottles, etc., please ensure to pack them properly for air transportation.
