  Compensation

  Japan:

  Disability due to injury, damage to personal property, emergency expenses paid during travel due to an accident, etc.

  Insurance Premiums Payment Amount:

  To be calculated based on the length of travel.

  Application Method:

  Applications can be made via the ZIPAIR website during the purchase of tickets or via the mypage.

  Persons able to request compensation:

  From Japan: those who are living in Japan

  Caution

  Application period: 1 hour prior to departure. Longest period when insurance is applicable: 31 days from the date of departure from Japan. L2010390

• Trip Cancellation Insurance (Only available to persons living in Japan)

  Compensation:

  Trip cancellation fees will be compensated when cancellation is caused by a delay in public transportation or the purchaser or their family member is told not to travel by a medical official as part of treatment for a sudden injury.

  Insurance Premiums Payment Amount:

  When purchasing the tickets, please check the price from the guideline. The flight tickets are calculated based on the fare of the flight and other services.

  Application Method:

  Applications can be made via the ZIPAIR website during the purchase of tickets.

  Persons able to request compensation:

  Those who live in Japan and whose reservation itinerary originates from Japan (one-way or round-trip)

  Caution:

  Application period: at the same time as purchasing the flight tickets. * Cancellation fees due to personal reasons (including business trips/work-related reasons) will not be applicable for compensation. * The cancellation for those who have attached travel cancellation insurance which is unexpired will be refunded the insurance fee based on daily calculations.
