Assistance dogs for persons with disabilities (guide dogs, service dogs, hearing dogs) are allowed in the cabin free of charge on all routes. Service dogs (such as psychiatric service dogs, alert dogs, etc.) are permitted in the cabin only on routes to and from the United States and Canada, and only if certain conditions are met. Customers wishing to bring a service dog must submit the required documentation. Please consult with us at least 48 hours before departure.
