After completing the enrollment application, Chubb Insurance will send an insurance enrollment procedure completion e-mail to the e-mail address registered by the customer (only to the representative's address). You can issue your own membership card by accessing the website described in the email.
In addition, the membership card will be issued by e-policy, so please access My Page of Chubb Insurance from our website and print it out.
