Travel insurance can only be added before the start of your trip and if no changes have been made to your reservation. To enroll, please complete the additional procedure from your reservation confirmation page. If you make any changes to your reservation after purchasing, you will no longer be able to add insurance via the website. In such cases, please enroll directly through the Chubb Insurance Company Website.
Departing from Japan
Travel Cancellation Insurance
Travel cancellation insurance cannot be added after completing your reservation. It can only be added during the booking process for round-trip or one-way tickets departing from Japan.
