In case of travel cancellation insurance: We will refund the insurance premium according to the number of days elapsed. The insurance cannot be canceled after the compensation period has expired.
[Thailand departure / arrival] For overseas travel insurance: If you cancel before the start of the compensation period, we will refund the full amount. No refund will be given if canceled after the start of the compensation period.
