ZIPAIR in-flight sales offer a vast lineup of items to help passengers sit back and relax during their time onboard. Shiroi Koibito cookies are only sold at Ishiya's permanent stores in Hokkaido and the shopping areas for international departures after the passport control area at airports, so ZIPAIR and Ishiya want more overseas customers to be able to enjoy Shiroi Koibito, one of Japan's signature treats, in the post-pandemic era. We operate routes from Narita to Seoul, Bangkok, and Honolulu. ZIPAIR aims to become a "NEW BASIC AIRLINE" that sets new standards and is neither a full-service carrier nor a low-cost carrier. “NEW BASIC" expresses our desire to create a new airline that not only keeps costs down, but that also “finishes flights in a zip” while maintaining the artful attention to detail that only a Japanese airline can provide.
