Customers can check-in to their flight from their personal device (smartphone or tablet) by simply uploading their passport data, 24 hours prior to departure. 1. Service Start Date ZG53 (Depart Narita – Arrive Singapore) Service starts on 11/20 for flights departing on/after 11/21 ZG41 (Depart Narita – Arrive Incheon) Service starts on 11/21 for flights departing on/after 11/22 ZG95 (Depart Narita – Arrive Manila) Service starts on 11/21 for flights departing on/after 11/22 ZG42 (Depart Incheon – Arrive Narita) Service starts on 11/30 for flights departing on/after 12/1 *Mobile check-in is available 24 hours prior – until 90 minutes before the scheduled time of departure. *Service to be progressively implemented on additional routes. 2.Mobile Check-in Procedure Supported Devices: Smartphone, Tablet ①Click and open the URL received from the automated e-mail and/or access the ZIPAIR website. ②Click on the Mobile Check-in Button. ③Scan and upload passport data. ④Once complete, the mobile boarding pass will be available. 3.Precautions [Mobile Check-in Ineligible Reservations] · Passengers requesting special assistance at the airport. (Example) Passengers requesting assistance to board a flight. Passengers confirmed on an emergency row seat. · Passengers with an unpaid ancillary service. For such cases, please complete the purchase online or get in touch with a ZIPAIR Contact Center representative to cancel the service. · Passengers who are unable to complete the mobile check-in process should arrive at the airport at least three hours or up to one hour before the scheduled time of departure. Once the airport counter closes, passengers cannot board the flight. [Passengers with a Completed Mobile Boarding Pass] · For those that do not have any checked baggage, passengers may go directly to the security checkpoint with a valid mobile boarding pass, passport, and mandatory travel documents. · Passengers with checked baggage must proceed to the check-in counter or the self-baggage drop area prior to going to the security checkpoint. · Passengers purchasing an airport lounge pass must proceed to the check-in counter to receive the printed pass.
