ZIPAIR Tokyo Inc. has renewed its official ZIPAIR website in collaboration with teamLab. The new website provides a more intuitive way to use the basic features of an airline website, such as ZIPAIR’s flight search, new reservations, and reservation management. In addition, the information needed when using ZIPAIR, such as passenger services and check-in procedures, will be easier to find, making for a more user-friendly experience. Renewal summary (1) A simplified UI for making reservations The complex process of booking airline tickets has been broken down into question-and- answer steps to simplify the process as much as possible. (2) New features to facilitate a smoother boarding process We have added a WEB boarding pass display function and a prompt to register necessary information before check-in to facilitate smooth boarding without having to stop at an airport counter. (* Due to COVID-19, all customers are currently required to complete procedures at an airport counter.) (3) Multilingual support The site is now available in six languages and eight currencies to accommodate customers from various countries and regions. 4.
