If your voucher is not working, one of the following may be the case. Please see below for further details.
・The reservation does not include the person to whom the voucher should be credited.
In order to redeem a voucher, the passenger must be included in the passenger list.
If the passenger's name and the name on the voucher do not match, for example, the first and last names are reversed or there is a spelling mistake, the voucher cannot be redeemed. If you need to correct the spelling of the name, please contact us through the chat window.
Vouchers cannot be transferred to a third party, nor they can be resold.
・Expiration date has passed.
Vouchers are valid for 180 days from the date of issue and cannot be used after 181 days. Voucher expiration date cannot be extended.
・The voucher number or PIN number on the voucher is incorrect.
Please check the voucher number and security code and re-enter them.
・The currency of the voucher is different from the currency of the ticket to be purchased with the voucher.
The voucher can only be used in the currency in which it was issued.
