At ZIPAIR,we do not accept animals as checked baggage or carry them in the cabin.
However,assistance dogs for people with disabilities (guide dogs, service dogs, hearing dogs) are allowed in the cabin free of charge.
On flights to/from the U.S., service dogs (such as psychiatric service dogs and alert dogs) other than assistance dogs for people with disabilities (guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs) may be allowed in the cabin, provided they meet certain conditions.
Customers who wish to do so are required to submit the necessary documents.
Please contact our Contact Center at least 48 hours before departure with the required documents.

As they are subject to animal quarantine, please contact the consulate of the visiting country and the animal quarantine office of the departing country for entry requirements and documents.
There will be new requirements for dogs entering the U.S. after August 1, 2024.
