ZIPAIR does not allow animals inside checked-in baggage or accompanied on board.
You are not allowed to keep animals inside your checked baggage or accompany on board with you.
However, assistance dog (guidance dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs) can be taken into the cabin for free.
For departure and arrival to US, service dogs (such as guide dogs, service dogs, alert dogs, etc.) except assistance dogs (guidance dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs) can be taken into the cabin only if the requirements are met.
Emotional support dogs does not fall under the above conditions.
Customers who wish to keep Emotional support dogs will need to submit documents.
Please submit your application along with the necessary documents to the contact center before 48 hours of departure
