Animals for checked baggage or in passenger cabin

At ZIPAIR, we do not accept animals as checked baggage or allow them to accompany passengers in the cabin.

However, assistance dogs for persons with disabilities (guide dogs, service dogs, hearing dogs) are allowed in the cabin free of charge. On routes to and from the United States and Canada, service dogs other than assistance dogs (such as psychiatric service dogs, alert dogs, etc.) are also permitted in the cabin, provided certain conditions are met. Please note that emotional support dogs are not included in this category.

Customers wishing to bring a service dog must submit the required documents. Please notify the contact center with the necessary documents at least 48 hours before departure. For more details, please refer to "Passengers Accompanied by Assistance Dogs" under Passengers Requiring Assistance.

New entry requirements for dogs into the United States will take effect from August 1, 2024. For more information, please visit the CDC website (English only).
