    • Restrictions apply in case of changes (date, time, passenger) and refunds. Please check Fare regulations.
    • Additional checked baggage options can also be purchased at the airport counter, but a separate administrative fee will be charged for purchases at the airport counter. We recommend that you make a reservation on the website in advance.
    • ZIPAIR does not provide transfer services except for specific flight connections booked through the contact centre. If you are transferring by yourself, you will need to clear immigration, collect checked baggage, and clear customs inspection upon arrival at the connecting airport.

    Onboarding Rules

    • ZIPAIR asks passengers to wear seat belts at all times for safety reasons.
    • Please make sure you do not have any Dangerous Goods/Prohibited Items inside your Carry-on Baggage.
