Tokyo, October 31, 2024 – ZIPAIR Tokyo has been named the “Four Star Low Cost Carrier” by the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX)* Official Airline Ratings, an airline rating program.
This was announced at the APEX Global EXPO 2024, held on October 30 local time in Los Angeles, USA. Launched in 2018, APEX Official Airline Ratings is the first airline rating system based on reviews by the passengers, collected from more than one million flights of more than 600 airlines worldwide through the partnership between APEX and TripIt, operator of the travel booking app, Concur. APEX's mission is to contribute to the sustainable growth of the entire airline industry through such rating and other measures.
