Tokyo, March 19, 2025 – ZIPAIR Tokyo announced its decision to add the Boeing 787-9 aircraft to its international fleet network. Since launching passenger services in 2020, ZIPAIR continues to operate the Boeing 787-8, featuring 8 aircraft in its fleet and operating to 10 international destinations. As travel demand to and from Japan is expected to increase, ZIPAIR made the decision to introduce approximately 10 Boeing 787-9 aircraft by the early 2030s, and expand its network.
