Passengers can make a seat reservation by purchasing the desired seats during their booking or up until 24 hours before flight departure. Please note Auto Seat Assignment works automatically within 24 Hours of flight departure and desired seats cannot be selected afterwards.
ZIPAIR does not have any bassinet service available. For infants, we have Baby Safety Seat according to the weight/height of your baby. If your baby is above 9kg, you can book and assign a seat via the website, but if your baby is less than 9kg, please call the contact center.

ZIPAIR has baby safety seats for infants. Hence, your own child seats will not be allowed.
However, you can bring your stroller in check-in baggage.You can bring up to two pieces of carrying on baggage within the specified size (first: 40 x 25 x 20 cm, second: 35 x 25 x 20 cm).
Up to 7kg is free. If this is exceeded, an additional fee will be charged. (Maximum up to 12㎏)
Overweight charge for carry-on baggage can be purchased at least 24 hours before the departure time.
You cannot purchase overweight charge of carry-on baggage at the airport on the day of departure.
If the weight over than restriction, please check in as checked baggage.
Please see details here.If you have a musical instrument which exceeds our cabin baggage dimensions, you will need to check it in as check in baggage. ZIPAIR do not provide seats for musical instruments
ZIPAIR allows up to five pieces of the checked-in bag as charged.
The baggage must be within the specified size (sum of three sides no greater than 203 mm).
There are three types of check-in baggage ancillaries:
・ Up to 14kg (30lb)
・ Up to 23kg (50lb)

If your baggage exceeeds the weight allowance, you will be required to pay the difference in price at the airport counter (credit cards only). An extra handling fee will also apply.

For example, if you purchase the Check-In Baggage Fee (one, up to 23kg) and the Check-In Baggage Fee (one, up to 32kg), you can check in up to 1 piece of baggage up to 23 kg and 1 piece of baggage up to 32 kg, for a total of 2 pieces.Please check below for details regarding Baggage.

You cannot modify the meal, but you can request for a new one by paying the price for a new in-flight meal.
We cannot process the refund for in-flight meal. All in-flight meals are non-refundable.

You can purchase a service package only during a new booking until 48 hours before departure.
During the booking process, you can select items in each category that are included in the service package. If you want to change an item that is not included in the service package, you will have to purchase it as ala-carte.
After you purchased the service package, it cannot be changed.
If you want to change a service package, you have to re-purchase it as an ala-carte item.You can add it from the page of "Manage Booking" on the our internet site.
